Synopsis: Parkinson Foundation of National Capitol Area (PFNCA) offers FREE weekly rock climbing classes to all PFNCA members at SportRock Climbing. Molly Donelan, a certified personal trainer, has been leading this group since the Fall/Winter of 2014. Molly offers her time to coach people with Parkinson’s in being active and adventurous as a way to combat the symptoms of the disease. This class is good for all levels of climbers. *This class is not offered at the Silver Spring location.
